What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, ring specification and size, and your order history. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number. When you contact us, request a consultation, join our mailing list or create an account, we collect the details you give us and anything you include in your messages. If you talk to Flint, our AI assistant, we keep a record of that conversation, as described below. As you use the site we also collect some information automatically: your IP address, the pages you view, and basic device and browser details. If you accept cookies, we also collect analytics and occasional session recordings, as explained under Cookies & measurement.
How we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your ring, take payment, handle returns, resizes and warranty claims, answer your questions, and keep you updated on your order. We also use it to keep the site secure, prevent fraud, fix problems, improve the site and Flint, and keep the records the law requires for tax and consumer purposes. We only send you marketing if you've asked for it, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We don't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects using automated processing alone.
Flint & conversations
Flint remembers your conversation so it can pick up where you left off. For guests, that history is tied to your device. If you're signed in, your history is saved to your account so it's available across your devices.Flint is powered by AI models from Anthropic. What you type is sent to Anthropic in the United States to generate Flint's replies, and conversations are stored with Google Cloud. We use conversation data to help you during your visit, to build orders you ask Flint to configure, and to improve how the assistant works. Our team can read conversations and may step in to help. Please don't share sensitive information you don't want recorded. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time.
Review invitations
After you order, Trustpilot may email you an invitation to review us. To make that possible, we send Trustpilot a copy of your order confirmation email, which it uses to get your name, email address and order reference. Trustpilot is based in Denmark. Reviewing is optional, and you can ignore or opt out of the invitation.
Information sent overseas
Because of the providers above, your information is likely to be stored or processed in the United States, Germany and Denmark, and may be processed in other countries where those providers operate. We choose providers that commit to protecting personal information, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in line with this policy.

How long we keep it
