Each ring is made to order, typically three to four weeks from the day you approve the design. Working to a date? Tell us early and we'll be straight with you about it.

Your GIA or IGI paper certificate, a signature ring box with a polishing cloth, your ring journal, a supply chain map, free insured delivery, and a 10-year warranty on our craftsmanship.

Unworn rings in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping at your cost. Once you've approved a design in writing production begins and can't be cancelled, so we make sure you're certain before that point.
